With the annual membership you may call or email as much as you like to ask HR related questions. These questions include but are not limited to employee performance, employee discipline, training, unemployment, EEO, benefits and compliance.
HR Compliance
We will guide you through an HR Compliance Assessment face to face or over the phone. Our objective is to protect your assets by minimizing your legal risk. We will provide you with the appropriate employment forms and guide your compliance.
Employee Handbook
We will work with you to create, update or revise your Employee Handbook annually.
